The Museum’s current facility was built to accommodate 200,000 visitors a year. Since we currently host 500,000 schoolchildren annually — in addition to more than 2.5 million other visitors – we need more space!

Thanks to the generosity of a number of community funders — corporations, foundations and individuals—we are in the midst of an $85 million expansion that will add enough space to accommodate both our swelling numbers of visitors and the community’s escalating interest in thought-provoking exhibitions and informative educational programs.

In short, we’re about to add a lot of cool new exhibitions. So, what should these exhibitions be? What should we fill all this new space with? We’ve got lots of ideas — but what would you do?
